The Team
My Personal TeamI have to start here with my family. My parents and sisters have always been great support on and off the track. Mum and dad travel to the occasional race and test, but the whole family comes to support me at my home grand prix at Philip Island. My girlfriend Toni travels and puts up with me all year, which can’t be easy. She is a keen photographer, shoots my video blogs and prepares the information about each race that appears on this web site. My motor home driver Rudi Van Herck, is a Belgian baker who loves bike racing. He gets the motor home to the track on time and in perfect condition, every time. Rob Crick has been my fitness coach since I was 13 and works me hard off the bike, so I can be in the best possible shape on it. They have worked with many world champions and great riders since the early 1980’s and look after all my riding and sponsorship deals as well as international publicity.
